By participating in this raffle, you agree to the below terms and conditions.

1. Introduction. This raffle “SOL Raffle” is administered by Quiknode, Inc., doing business as “QuickNode” and is open only to Eligible Participants, as defined below.
2. Raffle Term. The SOL Raffle will run from December 5, 2024 through December 16, 2024.
3. Eligibility. You are only an “Eligible Participant” if all of the following conditions are met during the entirety of the Raffle Term:
   1. You are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to make decisions around your participation.
   2. You are a current customer of QuickNode and have an active Growth or Business Plan with QuickNode, as defined on quicknode.com.
   3. You create a Solana Stream during the SOL Raffle term and get at least one (1) successful response.
   4. You complete any payment with QuickNode using SOL.
   5. You are not currently, and were not formerly an employee of QuickNode.
   6. You only submit one entry for this SOL Raffle, even if you have multiple Streams.
   7. You acknowledge that you do not use QuickNode.com, any QuickNode Product, or attempt to participate in this SOL Raffle, from or for the benefit of a country, organization, entity, or person embargoed or blocked by any government, including those on sanctions lists identified by the United States Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).
4. Prize. There will be three winners, each one receiving 1 SOL. In order to receive such SOL, you will provide information as may be reasonably necessary.
5. Selection. Winners will be selected randomly based on entries of Eligible Participants. WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED VIA X (TWITTER), DISCORD, AND BY THE EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR QUICKNODE ACCOUNT AND MUST CLAIM THEIR PRIZE WITHIN FORTY EIGHT HOURS OF THE RELEVANT ANNOUNCEMENT. IF NOT CLAIMED TIMELY, THE PRIZE(S) WILL BE SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE, BE RE-DRAWN AND ANOTHER WINNER SELECTED.
6. Publicity. Winners will be announced publicly, and you agree that QuickNode may use Your or your agents’ name, likeness, photograph, and reasonably relevant social media posts for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
7. Modification. QuickNode reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the SOL Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, or other factor beyond its control. Should any of your information change, or should you choose to withdraw from the SOL Raffle, please contact us at comms@quicknode.com.
8. Liability. Under no circumstances will QuickNode be responsible or liable to You or as related to this SOL Raffle. You acknowledge that this SOL Raffle is entirely voluntary and there is no reliance on being selected for a Prize.
9. Applicable Law. The SOL Raffle and these terms are governed by Florida law without regard to its conflicts of law provisions and you waive any objections thereto. Except as subject to dispute resolution herein, any claim, suit, action, or proceeding hereunder must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
